“The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender” is being pushed back from Jan. 30 to Oct. 9, 2026.

Paramount Pictures also announced that “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem 2” is delayed. Previously Set For Oct. 9, 2026, the sequel to “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem” will now open a year later on Sept. 17, 2027. However, “Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie,” which was previously set for a July 31, 2026 release, is opening wide a week earlier on July 24, 2026.

As previously announced, Dave Bautista, Steven Yeun and Eric Nam will headline the voice cast for “The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender.” Lauren Montgomery and William Mata are on board as co-directors.

The film takes place years after the events of 2005’s “Avatar: The Last Airbender,” which followed then-12-year-old Aang — a long-lost Avatar who learned to master the elements and save the globe from the ruthless Fire Nation.

The TMNT sequel will be produced by Point Grey Pictures and directed by Jeff Rowe, who is also the director and co-writer of “Mutant Mayhem.”  Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies are planning a two-season series that will serve as a “bridge” between the films. The spinoff series, titled “Tales of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” will appear on Paramount+. Micah Abbey, Shamon Brown Jr., Nicolas Cantu and Brady Noon are set to reprise their roles.

“Paw Patrol” landing a week earlier will feature Jameela Jamil, Terry Crews, Paris Hilton, Snoop Dogg, Bill Nye, Meredith MacNeill and “PAW Patrol” veteran Ron Pardo. As previously announced, Lucien Duncan-Reid and Nylan Parthipan will return as beloved “PAW Patrol” pups Rubble and Zuma, and will be joined by Carter Young as Marshall, Hayden Chemberlen as Rex, Rain Janjua as Chase, William Desrosiers as Rocky and Henry Bolan as Ryder.

It is being produced by Spin Master Entertainment’s Jennifer Dodge, Laura Clunie and Toni Stevens with Spin Master Co-Founder Ronnen Harary as executive producer, in association with Nickelodeon Movies.
