    According to new Air DNA data, a short -term rent in Japan’s average Hakuba brings more than 60,000 annually.

    If done properly, starting a short -term rental business can be very profitable. One of the initial obstacles is to choose the right market to buy property, which can play a major role in the investment earning capacity.

    The short -term rental analytics platform Air DNA broke the markets in Asia that can provide top returns for holiday rent.

    These figures are focused on Asia’s 10 largest countries that are for short-term rentals, which are not in any particular order: Japan, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, India, Indonesia, South Korea, the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia-and only 20,000 or more.

    Here are 10 Asian markets that offer high profits, which are classified in terms of average annual revenue.

    1. Hakuba, Japan

    Average Annual Tax:, 61,813

    On average daily rate: 3 413.12

    Almost an annual possession: 50.9 %

    Located in Japanese Alps, Hakuba is a popular destination for winter sports. The village was home to the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics, and is famous for its resorts, mountainous scenes and hot springs.

    2. Ana, Japan

    Average Annual Tax:, 44,737

    Average daily rate: 8 248.90

    Almost an annual possession: 54 %

    Wool is a village located on the coast of Okinawa. This village is known for its luxury beach resorts, coasts and coral rocks.

    3. Kyoto, Japan

    Average Annual Tax:, 43,882

    Average daily rate: 1 181.28

    Almost annual possession: 69.7 %

    Kyoto is one of Japan’s most famous tourist destinations. Located on the island of Hansu, the city is known for serving as the capital of Japan for more than a thousand years by the middle of the 19th century. The city is often visited for its temples, shrines, palaces and other historical structures.

    4. Samoi, Thailand

    Average Daily Rate: 1 311.44

    Almost annual possession: 58.9 %

    Ko Samoi, also known as Koh Samoi, is a famous tourist destination. Located in the Gulf of Thailand, this island is widely known for its resorts, white sand coast and cultural attractions.

    5. Tokyo, Japan

    Almost an annual possession: 78.2 %

    According to the global population review data, Japan’s capital, Tokyo, is also the most populous city in the world, with more than 37 million inhabitants by 2025. The city is one of the most famous tourist destinations in the world, and is known for its cultural and historical sites, food and restaurants and shopping.

    6. Hitta to, Japan

    Hakita is a ward in Fukuka, Japan.     Focate is the largest island in Thailand and one of the southern provinces of the country. It is known for its coast, resorts, spas, restaurants and dynamic nightlife.

    9. Dubai, United Arab Emirates

    Average daily rate: 5 205.57

    Almost annual possession: 59.5 %

    Dubai is the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates, and it is becoming a global hub for tourists and digital nomads. The city is home to famous places like Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. It is known for the purchase of luxury and this night’s life.

    10. Asgao, India

    Average Annual Tax:, 26,696

    Average daily rate: 4 224.52

    Almost an annual possession: 45.5 %

    Asgao is an internal village in Goa, India. The village is known for its shops, restaurants and colonial era.
