    • The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas debuted its newly renovated Chelsea Penthouses, located on the hotel’s 60 and 61 with stunning views of the Strip.
    • The two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, curated art, hanging swings, and some also have private Peloton gyms.
    • The suites’ signature amenity is the round-the-clock butler service, guaranteeing guests access to exclusive events, tours, and restaurants in the city.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is marking its 15th anniversary by unveiling its newly renovated Chelsea Penthouses, which are now available to book.

Stepping out of the elevator—the penthouses occupy floors 60 and 61—guests enter hallways awash in deep purples and soft grays.

Ranging from 1,900 to over 3,000 square feet, the two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences are defined by opulence. At their center is a circular living room wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows and anchored by a glass-topped dining table, a sleek wet bar, and sculptural seating. The lavish palette consists of golds and purples, along with layered textures that glow against the desert light. Art curated by Rare Culture adds character, giving each suite the feel of a private gallery. True to The Cosmopolitan’s love of whimsy, the spaces also feature hanging swings—cushioned, egg-shaped cocoons that seem to float midair.

The bedrooms carry that same mix of drama and ease, dressed in metallic tones and custom art. Bathrooms make a statement in black and white stone and expansive mirrors. Select penthouses also feature cascading string chandeliers, foosball tables, and private Peloton gyms overlooking the Strip.

But what truly sets the Chelsea Penthouses apart is the butler experience. Each suite comes with a dedicated attendant whose reach extends across all MGM Resorts and beyond. From landing a table at Carbone Riviera—Mario Carbone’s upcoming Bellagio Resort & Casino outpost timed to debut ahead of the Formula 1 Grand Prix next month—to securing a reservation at Gymkhana, the two Michelin-starred London import opening at Aria Resort & Casino this December, nothing seems to be out of reach for the butlers servicing the Chelsea Penthouses. That sense of access extends far beyond dining as they can secure show tickets, spa appointments, or plan last-minute excursions.

The debut of the Chelsea Penthouses comes amid a larger refresh across the resort. Last year, The Cosmopolitan unveiled its reimagined Boulevard Penthouses to the public. Marquee Nightclub, a fixture of Las Vegas nightlife, has been newly renovated with sleek interiors and enhanced production. Meanwhile, LPM Restaurant and Bar, the Riviera-inspired Mediterranean spot, has introduced a spirited weekend brunch and a new smash burger counter, Naughty Patty’s, has opened beside Block 16 Food Hall.

Nightly rates at the newly renovated Chelsea Penthouses at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas start from $1,250.
