100 Thieves has announced that it has moved Peter ‘Asuna‘ Mazuryk and Matthew Dylan ‘Cryo‘ Panganiban to the starting lineup of its VALORANT roster.
Unveiled on November 5th, Asuna and Cryo are the only players currently signed to 100 Thieves as the organisation continues its wider rebuild ahead of the 2026 VCT season.
Asuna is one of the organisation’s longest-standing players, having represented 100 Thieves since October 2020, following a four-month stint competing under the Immortals banner.
Cryo joined the organisation in September 2022. Over the past five years, the duo has helped cement the team as one of the notable names in the Americas.
In 2024, 100 Thieves won Americas Stage 1 in addition to scoring a top-four finish at Masters Shanghai. 2025 has been a more turbulent year for the organisation. Thanks to consecutive top-six finishes in Stages 1 and 2, the team failed to qualify for Masters and Champions. As a result of missing out, it sparked an overhaul of its roster.
In October, the organisation parted ways with Drew ‘Kess‘ Lee and Head Coach Anthony ‘Zikz‘ Gray to build a roster capable of qualifying for international tournaments in 2026.
Further 100 Thieves Roster Changes
The re-signing of Cryo and Asuna comes at a time when 100 Thieves continues to make changes to its VALORANT operations. On the same day of announcing the re-signing, the organisation announced the departure of Alexander ‘Zander’ Dituri, bringing an end to a 13-month stint on the starting lineup.
With the organisation preparing for its 2026 campaign, further announcements regarding the players joining Cryo and Asuna are expected as the off-season rostermania period continues. For Cryo and Asuna, promotion to the starting lineup is another chance to deliver success.
