Fortnite is joining the galactic battle as Chapter 6 Season 3 becomes Star Wars-themed on Friday, May 2.
Star Wars is returning to Fortnite, but rather than a one-time event, the entire season — including its battle pass — will be Star Wars-themed. The Chapter 6 Season 3 map has been updated to feature four new Star Wars locations and the battle pass will feature a bunch of Star Wars skins along with more coming in the shop.

What to expect in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3
Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 is called Galactic Battle as the entire season is a Star Wars collaboration.
For this season, there will be Star Wars references everywhere. You can find some of the most iconic vehicles like the X-wing Starfighter, AT-AT, and Sandcrawler at new Star Wars locations on the map, and if you look up, Star Destroyers in the sky.
A new Fortnite season means a new battle pass, which means more skins and, in this case, more Star Wars cosmetics. The Chapter 6 Season 3 battle pass will feature five skins: Poe Dameron, Wookie Team Leader, Sith and Jedi Evie, General Grievous, and Darth Sidious.
Additionally, you can expect more skins to come out during the season through the shop. According to Shiina on X, there are nine confirmed Star Wars skins coming this season. Including the skins listed above, Darth Jar Jar, Mace Windu, Captain Phasma, and a new Mandalorian skin will joining the Fortnite universe.
Although it hasn’t been confirmed as of yet, you can expect some of your favorite Star Wars weapons like the lightsaber and the E-11 Blaster Rifle to also make an appearance in Chapter 6 Season 3.
