Online gaming content provider Octoplay has partnered with Midnite, marking another significant development in the former’s rapid expansion across the UK iGaming landscape.
The deal establishes Midnite as the sixth UK operator to add Octoplay’s portfolio within a single year. This timeframe has seen Octoplay lock in agreements with betting companies such as William Hill, Rank Group, Flutter Entertainment and LeoVegas.

As a result of its integration with Midnite, the bookmaker will soon include Octoplay’s Jackpot Hunt suite.
Dual Expansion, UK and North America
According to a release, the move aligns with Octoplay’s broader strategy of aggressive, consistent growth, both within the UK and internationally. In the past year, the company has entered New Jersey’s regulated market through BetMGM.
Midnite launched initially in 2018 as an esports betting platform; however, it has recently ramped up its ambitions in the domestic market.
Bolstered by a $10m (~£7.7m) Series B funding round earlier this year, Midnite was also appointed the official betting partner of the 2025 World Snooker Championship.
The company’s platform has scaled to include casino and horse racing, doubling its workforce over the last year to support its expanding reach.
Meanwhile, alongside securing provisional licensing in Michigan and launching with BetMGM in New Jersey, Octoplay has amassed partnerships with over 80 licensed operators worldwide. The company holds active gaming licenses in several major jurisdictions, including the UK, Sweden, Malta, Ontario and Italy.
