Already halfway through his North American headlining tour, Open Mike Eagle has just announced a bunch of new tour dates and shared a music video for a Neighborhood Gods Unlimited cut. “My Co-Worker Clark Kent’s Secret Black Box” gets its surreal visual courtesy of director Stoney Sharp, who expanded on the fictional cable channel concept of the album for his video. Check it out below.

Open Mike Eagle’s new tour dates take place in the autumn, beginning on October 15, in Orlando, Florida, and ending on October 31 in Phoenix, Arizona. He’s got a few more concerts of his own this month before he opens up a number of shows for Clipping later in August and Phantogram in September. Find his complete tour schedule down below.

Neighborhood Gods Unlimited came out in July. It’s the Los Angeles rapper’s 10th solo studio album, following 2023’s Another Triumph of Ghetto Engineering. Open Mike Eagle used the structure of a TV channel—an opening theme, flashbacks, a climax, commercials—to format the record and process unsorted trauma from his childhood that lasted into adulthood without him realizing it.
