Summer 2025 and the third and final season of The Summer I Turned Pretty are nearly upon us.
Set mostly in the fictional Cousins Beach, the drama series features the coming-of-age of Isabelle “Belly” Conklin (Lola Tung), who grew up going to Cousins every summer with her mom Laurel (Jackie Chung) and brother Steven (Sean Kaufman) with Laurel’s best friend Susannah (Rachel Blanchard) and her sons Conrad (Chris Briney) and Jeremiah Fisher (Gavin Casalegno). Belly has been in love with Conrad ever since she could remember, but she also has feelings for Jeremiah. He was her first kiss, after all.

When does The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 come out?
Summer 2025 will bring about one last visit to Cousins Beach and the conclusion of the love triangle between Belly and the Fisher brothers. Prime Video revealed in early March 2025 that the premiere window will take place in July 2025.

Yes, as of May 14, production has officially started for the last season of the show.

Is Jenny Han Han still involved in The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3?
Yes, she and Sarah Kucserka co-showrun the series. Han, Kucserka, Karen Rosenfelt, and Gabrielle Stanton serve as executive producers, along with Hope Hartman, Mads Hansen, and Paul Lee for wiip. The series is a co-production of Amazon Studios and wiip.
The author also announced with the release date news that she will make her directorial debut for one episode in Season 3.

The final season of the YA coming-of-age series will unfold in a whopping 11 episodes, compared to seven episodes in the first season and eight in the second.
