This is also a great place to share what you’ve been watching, if you want to talk about that with your fellow Polygon readers! Participation is very welcome, even without questions.
A little bit about me, your curator: I’m Austen Goslin, a curation editor here at Polygon. I’ll watch just about anything, but thrillers and horror movies are my absolute favorite. Recently I’ve been rewatching the movies of David Cronenberg, which is always a great time. I’ve also been keeping up with new releases and particularly enjoyed Black Bag, Mickey 17, and the upcoming Warfare.
Now it’s time to turn it around to you. What would you like to watch this month (or what are you planning to watch)? Somehow, a lot of movies I’ve watched recently have themes related to faith and god. So I want to keep that going! These include: Stalker, Tokyo Godfathers, Flow, Angel’s Egg.
Doesn’t have to be explicitly religious, but any allusions to folklore or faith is a plus!

With the daredevil premier, my interest in well shot interesting action has been re-awakened. I feel like non-shaky cam and non quick cut action is so hard to find in modern movies. Any suggestions on creative and well shot action/fight movies?
