The Professional Tennis Players Association has accused the ATP of trying to press the players and are looking for a court order, leaving such behavior.

The Player Organization, a joint founder of Novak Djokovic, started legal action against the tennis governing bodies earlier this week, including ATP and WTA earlier this week, as it seems to force fundamental changes to the play running.

In response, the ATP accused the PTPA of choosing “distribution and disturbances” through false information on progress and increased the war on Saturday.

Why the Professional Tennis Players Association has filed its case against the governing bodies of the Tennis Players Association, Nick Karjius said.

In a post on the social media site X, PTPA executive director Ahmed Nasr said the players had told the organization that the ATP was “trying to take retaliation and force players”.

“He has to stop,” Nasir said. “Last night, we filed a brief movement asking the US judge to ban all illegal contact with the players through an ATP or any defendant or co -conspiracy.

“We have doubled on illegal, coercive, in the school courtyard. Thankfully, these legal matters will not be decided in the school yard.

“This is especially similar to the behavior that forced us to enter these global legal challenges in the first place. Tennis is a huge international business and it has to start working like one. This is the law, and what the players and the fans deserve.”

In response, an ATP spokesman told the PA News Agency: “We are aware of the request for an additional court order by the PTPA and deny its claims.

“We have an affiliation with the players in the ATP center. Since this is now a legal matter, we have no more comment.”

PTPA complaints include suppressing competitiveness between tournaments, which says the amount of money, a Draconian ranking points system, an unstable schedule and financial exploitation of players are underlined.

The governing bodies also alleged that they ignore the welfare of the players by force players to attack at night and attack the extreme heat and branded anti -doping methods.
