    Groupings and tee times for the opening round of The 153rd Open, held at Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland.

    Rory McIlroy has been given a late-early draw as he chases a second major victory of the season, with the world No 2 partnering two-time PGA champion Justin Thomas and England’s Tommy Fleetwood for the first two rounds.

    Scottie Scheffler is on the opposite side of the draw alongside Collin Morikawa and Shane Lowry, who won when The Open was last held at Royal Portrush in 2019, while defending champion Xander Schauffele partners US Open champion JJ Spaun and Jon Rahm.
